For the client this means a wider selection, different price levels and the chance to look for production according to the project — not only what is already warehoused in Europe.
We do not guarantee the lowest price, the shortest lead time or exclusive terms. Benefits depend on the product, the manufacturer and the commercial agreement.
The product range is not cheap versus expensive. We select the level according to the project, the design, quantities, material, production complexity and how the property or business is positioned.
PROJECT
Repeatable, functional solutions for larger volumes — when a developer or operator needs a clear standard and predictability.

The client provides product category, quantity, drawings or references, dimensions, a budget direction and a deadline where relevant.

We identify suitable products, manufacturers or production possibilities in Turkey according to the brief.

Products, specifications and commercial terms are discussed. The quote reflects actual availability and production capacity, not a pre-set catalogue.

For custom pieces, production follows the agreed requirements. For ready collections, the confirmed order is prepared.

Where appropriate, products from the order are prepared together for transport — including from more than one manufacturer.

Goods are transported according to the agreed logistics arrangement. For larger orders, delivery may be organised by truck directly to the client or site.
For larger orders, sourcing and deliveries may be organised in project quantities, including consolidated or full-load transport where appropriate. We assist in coordinating the process between suppliers and the professional client.
Logistics are discussed per order. Furniture and project sourcing remain the focus — not transport for its own sake.
Made-to-measure production is not only for a single villa. Hotels, restaurants, offices, developers, apartment projects and retailers often need repeatable customisation: dimensions, finishes, fabrics, colours, materials and combinations in a quantity order.
Karanelli can facilitate discussions between companies in Bulgaria and Turkish manufacturers regarding commercial partnerships and, where possible and mutually agreed, exclusive distribution arrangements.
Exclusive rights are not granted automatically and are not promised in advance. The opportunity depends on the manufacturer and the commercial agreement.

For companies interested in strongly discounted stock, discontinued collections, surplus production or other special purchasing opportunities, Karanelli can also assist with dedicated Outlet sourcing. This is not the standard B2B channel for project orders.
The team can discuss projects that require specific specifications, larger quantities, furniture sourcing, custom solutions and logistics coordination. We do not claim completed public tenders or institutional approvals — we start from the brief and what production can support.
