Institutional & Public Projects · LUX HOMES
We assist with selection, sourcing and coordination of furniture and interior solutions for administrative, healthcare, social and other public spaces.
We work on individual product categories as well as broader project requirements with specific quantities, dimensions and specifications.
Contract & institutional
In an institutional project furniture is rarely chosen for look alone. It must follow function, quantities, maintenance, dimensions and the property's specific specification.
Products and materials are selected according to the concrete technical and project requirements. LUX HOMES / Karanelli assists with sourcing, custom options, coordination across categories and delivery — without replacing construction management and without promising certificates or approvals that are not confirmed.
We talk about furnishing and interior products — not medical apparatus, sterile systems or clinical equipment.
We do not present completed public tenders, municipal or hospital references unless such data actually exists.

Reception is often the first point of contact. Counters, seating, storage and light should support clarity and a professional feel — without regulatory claims.
Waiting areas need seating, tables, side furniture and a calm composition. Selection follows spacing, maintenance and material — without claiming that design reduces anxiety.

Administrative zones often need desks, meetings, cabinets and storage with a repeatable logic. For fuller office interiors we point to the dedicated page.

In social and care environments furniture is selected according to the project's concrete functional requirements — common rooms, reception, lounge and staff areas.
We do not claim medical suitability or accessibility certifications without verified product data.
The focus is non-clinical furnishing: reception, waiting, consultation and administrative zones. This is interior furnishing, not clinical equipment.
We do not supply medical apparatus unless that is explicitly part of the real business scope.

Custom solutions are useful when dimensions, finish or configuration are not covered by a standard product — according to the specific manufacturer and project requirements.
Not every customisation is possible with every manufacturer.
Ready-made products
Suitable when the specification matches, quantities are available and dimensions are standard.
Custom / project production
Useful for non-standard dimensions, repeated series, a specific finish or a built-in reception that must follow the architecture.
One specification. Repeatability across the project.
Institutional projects often need repeated chairs, desks, cabinets and consistent finishes across multiple rooms. The goal is visual and functional consistency. We do not publish maximum production capacity.
Professional clients often provide lists, dimensions and drawings. We can then assist with identifying products, manufacturers, alternatives and custom options. We do not claim to prepare legal tender documentation unless that is explicitly confirmed.
LUX HOMES / Karanelli can discuss furnishing requirements for public or institutional projects and assist with sourcing according to specified quantities, dimensions and specifications.
When a project involves a formal public procurement procedure, commercial, technical and documentary conditions are reviewed individually. We do not claim that we win tenders, that we are approved government suppliers or that we guarantee compliance.

TURKEYPROJECT
Through Karanelli's international trade and sourcing experience since 2005, LUX HOMES can assist with identifying Turkish manufacturers and suppliers with European quality — when it benefits the project.
We do not guarantee lower prices. Not every project is sourced from Turkey.

Requirements vary by quantity, material, finish, customisation, visual positioning, budget framework and intended use. Where appropriate we can discuss alternative products or production options without losing the main requirements.
We do not guarantee savings and we do not talk about “cheapest”.

Process
The steps follow the logic of an institutional project. Timing and terms are confirmed after the scope is clarified.

01
Product categories, quantities, dimensions, specification, budget direction and timing.
02
Identifying suitable products and manufacturers.
03
Dimensions, finishes, materials and customisation possibilities.
04
A commercial proposal based on the available information.
05
Where custom products are required.
06
Coordination of agreed transport and deliveries.
07
Support for the agreed furnishing scope.
Larger orders may require consolidation, project scheduling, palletised delivery or direct transport to site. For larger volumes transport may be organised by truck where appropriate.
We do not guarantee every delivery method. We are not a logistics company.
Scope is defined individually — from one category to a broader furnishing package.
