Dizajn i brendshëm · LUX HOMES
The service is shaped around the brief. Some clients need direction and planning. Others want selection and coordination through to a finished interior.
Space and direction
Materials, furniture, coordination
Tre nivele
You can work with LUX HOMES on design only, design plus sourcing, or full realisation. Behind the studio is Karanelli — with experience in sourcing, furniture, materials and coordination.
01
For clients who need a clear concept before purchases and construction. We work on spatial logic, materials, colour, furniture direction and lighting — through to the interior’s visual identity.
Concept and atmosphere · Planning and zoning · Materials and colour · Furniture and lighting direction
02
For clients who also want help finding furniture, materials, lighting, bathroom products, decorative solutions and manufacturers. This is where the Karanelli network and Turkey sourcing with European quality become a practical advantage.
Furniture and collections · Materials and surfaces · Lighting and bathrooms · Makers and custom work
03
For clients who want one partner from concept to completion: design, sourcing, custom production, materials, furniture, deliveries, coordination and finishing according to the agreed scope.
Design and specification · Production and deliveries · On-site coordination · Interior completion
Interiere rezidenciale
We work on residential interiors for apartments, houses and villas — new properties, complete renovations and homes that need full furnishing.
Clients come to us with an empty property, an architectural plan, an existing interior that needs change, or only a general idea of the life the space should support.
Where needed, we can help find appropriate architectural expertise. We do not perform regulated architectural services unless that is explicitly agreed as a separate, permitted part of the work.
Where a project can begin
An empty property · An architectural plan · An existing interior to renew · Only a general idea
Mobilie me porosiPër biznesin
Commercial interior design is not décor placed on top of a finished function. In a hotel, restaurant, café, bar, office or retail space, the look has to withstand real use — guest flow, maintenance, brand and budget.
For restaurant, hotel or office interiors we balance vision, function, durability, brand identity and realistic sourcing.
Many projects stop at concept and renderings. The client is then left to find a furniture maker, lighting, bathroom products, materials, logistics and installation. LUX HOMES can continue further — according to the chosen level — and connect design to real products and coordination.
Through Karanelli’s international experience we can help find manufacturers and products, including in Turkey. Not every project uses Turkish goods; the advantage is access to more options, not a promise of lower prices.
An interior is felt in the detail.
Stone, wood, textile and light decide whether a space remains convincing after the first impression.
When standard sizes or ready collections do not fit the architecture, we can assist with custom furniture — a wardrobe in a niche, a kitchen, a media wall, a dining table, upholstered pieces or a built-in that holds the composition together.
Dimensions, materials, colours, upholstery and finishes can be adapted to the project, not as a catalogue extra.
TurqiaInteriori juaj
Through Karanelli’s international network and experience, LUX HOMES can assist with sourcing furniture, materials and products from manufacturers in Turkey with European quality. That widens the palette — from ready collections to made-to-order production — when the project benefits from that route.
Not every interior uses Turkish products. We do not guarantee lower prices. The advantage is access to additional manufacturers, product options and production possibilities.
Procesi
Every project starts with the property and the brief. We then define the level of work so design is not mixed with delivery unless the client has asked for it.
We discuss the property, needs, style, budget direction and project scope.
We define spatial direction, mood, materials, atmosphere and function.
We develop the selected interior concept into workable room solutions.
Furniture, materials, lighting and finishes that can actually be realised.
Where appropriate, we coordinate suppliers and custom manufacturing.
Delivery, coordination and completion according to the selected service.
We do not impose one signature style on every client. Direction is built around architecture, the people or brand, the desired atmosphere and practical requirements. Possible languages include contemporary, modern luxury, minimal, warm minimalism, classic interpreted for today, boutique character or a more natural materiality.
Contemporary · Modern luxury · Minimal · Warm minimalism · Classic now · Boutique · Natural
Selecting alone often leads to costly corrections: furniture out of scale, materials that do not connect, light that fails in the evening, and deliveries without a shared logic. A designer does not guarantee a lower cost — they make clearer decisions.
Planning and storage are resolved before purchases, not after them.
Furniture proportions, flooring and colour are checked as a system, not as separate likes.
Lighting is considered with the surfaces so the interior works by day and at night.
When sourcing is in scope, products and suppliers are organised around one specification.
