Hotels & Hospitality · LUX HOMES
We design and realise interior solutions for hotels, aparthotels and hospitality spaces — from concept and made-to-measure furniture to selection, production and delivery.
Through Karanelli’s international experience, we can also assist with sourcing furniture, materials and manufacturers in Turkey with European quality.
Hospitality design
In a hotel interior, design cannot only be beautiful. Every decision has to work every day — from movement through the lobby and the function of the room to materials, lighting and the durability of the furniture.
A successful hospitality interior connects atmosphere, function, comfort and the identity of the property. The same rhythm should be felt in the room, the corridor, the restaurant and reception — without them reading as unrelated projects.

Operations
A hotel project is rarely one category. We work with rooms, lobbies, restaurants, bars, bathrooms and shared spaces — according to the scope the client assigns.
Beds, headboards, nightstands, wardrobes, desks, seating, lighting, curtains, upholstery and decorative elements — selected so the room can be repeated with consistency.

Reception desks, lounge furniture, decorative lighting, feature walls and waiting areas. This is where the guest receives the first sense of the hotel.

A calmer, more personal composition — with a higher share of made-to-measure furniture and a more careful material selection.

Tables, chairs, banquettes, lighting and upholstery aligned with service flow and with the hotel’s identity.

Bar furniture, made-to-measure seating, surfaces and light that hold the atmosphere after reception.

Rest areas, furniture, surfaces and wet-area solutions — when they are part of the property.

Lighting, wall solutions, furniture and detail that connect the room to the lobby without visual noise.

Shower enclosures, bathroom furniture, mirrors, lighting and, where relevant, outdoor seating for hospitality areas.
A hotel interior starts with direction: what the guest should feel and how the space will work for the team. We can develop visual direction, zoning, room and lobby concepts, palette, lighting, furniture selection and decorative elements — and keep the different areas in one identity.
The aim is a coherent hotel interior, not a collection of beautiful rooms. If you need a broader interior scope beyond hospitality, that is a separate service. interior design.

You do not need to appoint LUX HOMES for design in order to work with us on furnishing.
If the hotel already has an architect, interior designer, technical project, renders or specifications, we can take part only as a partner for furniture and material sourcing, manufacturer search, coordination of made-to-measure production and delivery. The architect keeps control of the concept. We help specified products become real pieces and deliveries.
Scope is confirmed against the brief. We do not replace the architect, builder or engineer unless that is explicitly appointed.
Furnishing from an existing design
Hospitality projects often need furniture a catalogue cannot cover: exact measure, repeatability across many rooms, upholstery according to the concept. We can assist with production through suitable manufacturers — we do not manufacture in our own factory.
Repeatable production is especially useful when many hotel rooms must carry the same specification. Possibilities are confirmed with the specific manufacturer.

Hotel furnishing often requires the same piece or product family to be repeated across many rooms. The numbers here are conceptual — they do not report completed properties. What matters is planning: measure, finish, fabric, colour, hardware, visual consistency and the possibility of later replacement.

TURKEYHOSPITALITY
Through Karanelli’s international trading experience we can look for Turkish manufacturers and suppliers for hospitality projects — hotel furniture, chairs, tables, upholstered pieces, lighting, bathroom products, doors, panels, textiles and accessories. Not every product comes from Turkey. Turkey is an opportunity for a wider selection with European quality, different product levels, made-to-measure production and project quantities.
We do not guarantee lower prices or the shortest lead time. Benefits depend on the product, the manufacturer and the commercial terms.

Scope follows the project. We can enter one part or a much broader package.

01
For hotels that need a complete interior concept — direction, zoning, materials, lighting and furniture logic.
02
For projects with an existing design that need furniture, materials, manufacturers and delivery.
03
Design, furniture, materials, sourcing, made-to-measure production, coordination and delivery — according to the appointed scope.

Boutique hospitality
A boutique hotel often rests on recognisable shared areas, made-to-measure furniture, specific light and materials the guest remembers. We work towards identity, not a universal hotel template.
Larger hospitality projects may require quantities across many rooms, consistent specifications, coordinated production, several product categories, phased delivery and alignment with architect, designer and builder. We assist with planning and coordination — without universal capacity promises.
The exact model of delivery and production is confirmed after the enquiry.

The hotel experience often includes a restaurant, breakfast room, bar, lounge and, when part of the property, event rooms. Tables, chairs, bar seating, banquettes, lighting and upholstery should speak the same language as the room — without copying its function.

A hotel bathroom continues the room: shower enclosures, mirrors, lighting, furniture, baths or jacuzzis where appropriate, flooring and wall surfaces. Selection follows both the vision and daily use.
In hospitality a material is chosen for how it looks and for how it will be used: cleaning, repetition, visual consistency and the environment. We do not state certifications or fire ratings that are not confirmed for the specific product.

The architect or designer does not give up the concept in order to find furniture and manufacturers.
You can provide renders, drawings, references, dimensions, a moodboard and material specifications. We look for suitable products, manufacturers, furniture, materials and made-to-measure production. Creative control stays with you. We support the physical realisation.
What you can share
What we look for

An owner, operator or investor can appoint LUX HOMES for design only, furnishing only, made-to-measure furniture only, sourcing only — or a broader package. That reduces the need to search for multiple suppliers in every category.
We do not replace architects, builders and engineers unless that is explicitly part of the appointment.
Process
The steps follow the logic of a hotel project. Exact scope, timing and logistics are confirmed in the quote.

01
Hotel type, category, number of rooms, areas, style direction, budget frame and operational requirements.
02
Atmosphere, spatial identity, material and furniture direction.
03
Products, furniture, materials and made-to-measure requirements.
04
Selection of suitable products and manufacturers according to the brief.
05
Coordination of made-to-measure production where appointed.
06
Preparation and coordination of delivery according to project scope.
07
Coordination of the agreed final realisation — without a universal turnkey promise for every property.
The difference is not in adjectives. It is that we can connect the concept with furniture, production and delivery.

Products are selected in the context of the full interior — not as isolated catalogue items.
Karanelli brings trading experience since 2005 in international supply, mediation and manufacturer search.
We can look for manufacturers of hotel furniture according to measure, fabric and quantity.
Furniture, lighting, materials, bathroom solutions and decorative elements — according to the project.
We work directly with architects, developers, operators and investors, not only with the end guest.
We can take part in one specific part of the project or in a much broader package.
Inspiration for hospitality projects
The spaces shown are conceptual references for atmosphere and material language. They are not presented as completed LUX HOMES properties.
Conceptual content to be replaced with verified project work.

Alpine
Timber, wool and stone — a direction for ski and mountain hospitality with warm, heavy materiality.

Coastal
Limewash, linen and light — an airy Mediterranean aesthetic for a suite toward the terrace.

Quiet luxury
A minimal composition of walnut, stone and soft light — a design hotel with quiet intensity.

Property type, number of rooms and whether a design already exists are enough to start the conversation.

We can assist with production through suitable manufacturers — headboards, beds, wardrobes, desks and built-in solutions. Not every manufacturer covers every customisation.
We can look for furniture, materials and manufacturers in Turkey when that is relevant to the project. Not every product comes from there. Delivery is discussed per order.
Yes, we can discuss project quantities and repeatable specifications. Minimum quantities depend on the product, the manufacturer and the degree of customisation.
Yes, when they are part of the appointment. We work towards one identity between the room and the shared areas, without duplicating the full restaurant page.
We can discuss a broader package — design, furniture, materials, sourcing and coordination — according to scope. Not every project has to be turnkey.
Yes. We work with investors, operators, developers and builders. We do not replace construction or engineering unless that is explicitly appointed.
With a short enquiry: hotel type, number of rooms, areas and whether a design already exists. We then confirm scope, products and commercial terms.

Tell us about the project — the number of rooms, the hotel type, the concept and the furnishing required. We will discuss how LUX HOMES can take part — from design to sourcing, furniture and realisation.
