Bathroom Interiors · LUX HOMES
We design complete bathroom interiors — from spatial concept and materials to furniture, the shower zone, the bath, lighting and final details.
Where needed, we also assist with product and manufacturer sourcing through Karanelli's international network.
Bathroom design
In a bathroom almost every centimetre has a function. Good design therefore does not begin with choosing tiles, but with a clear understanding of how the space must work.
Bathroom interiors balance movement, storage, wet zones, light, materials, proportions and everyday maintenance. LUX HOMES can assist with concept, materials, furniture, products and sourcing — according to project scope and in coordination with suitable contractors when technical realisation is required.

Bathroom design thinks through zoning, shower or bath placement, furniture, mirrors, lighting and material combinations as one system. A bathroom interior should be visually calm and functionally clear — without looking like a sanitaryware catalogue.
We do not provide plumbing engineering, waterproofing certificates or electrical installation. Technical execution is organised according to project scope with appropriate specialists.
A beautiful bathroom must work first.
The layout determines whether the space feels calm or crowded. We work with design thinking around zones and proportions — not plumbing design.

A shower zone can be walk-in, with glass, more minimal or more framed. We work with niches, materials, light and visual continuity. Where needed we assist with sourcing suitable shower cabin solutions for the project.
This page is not a product catalogue. Selection follows the concept and the bathroom dimensions.

A bath can be a sculptural centre or a built-in solution. The right choice follows dimensions, layout, visual concept and desired comfort — not the fashion of the moment.
Jacuzzis and larger baths can be part of the concept when space and the desire for relaxation allow it. Atmospheric light and tactile materials support the feel — without medical claims.
This is a premium option, not the focus of every project.

Standard bathroom furniture does not always fit the dimensions, storage needs, basin position or material concept. Furniture should follow the space — not the other way around.
Not every material is suitable for wet zones. Final selection depends on the specific product and manufacturer.

Custom bathroom furniture allows exact dimensions, colours, finishes, drawers, doors and countertop integration. Customisation follows the concept and the manufacturer's possibilities.
We do not claim that every material suits wet spaces. Selection is specific.
Stone, ceramic, wood, glass and metal set the rhythm of the space. We speak conceptually — without publishing technical properties without product data.

Marble, travertine and stone surfaces for tops, cladding and calm material density.
Wall and floor surfaces, including larger formats when the concept requires it.
Warmth in the bathroom — used carefully and according to suitable products.
Shower areas and visual openness without unnecessary visual noise.
Fixtures, details and accents in light and edge.
Depth and contrast when the space needs a tactile layer.
Surfaces influence scale, continuity, maintenance and atmosphere. They visually connect wet and dry zones — without unverified waterproofing advice or slip-resistance ratings.
Technical execution is coordinated with suitable contractors according to scope.
A bathroom often needs both practical and atmospheric light. General, mirror, indirect and decorative lighting read stone and wood differently. We do not provide electrical installation specifications.
A mirror influences the perceived size and light of the room. It can be large-format, with integrated lighting, custom-sized or framed — according to the concept.

A good bathroom must hold everyday items, not only look good in photographs. Drawers, tall columns, niches and built-in cabinets keep the space calm.
01
In a small bathroom proportions decide. Floating furniture, glass shower solutions, integrated storage, a thoughtful mirror and less visual clutter help the space stay clear — without exaggerated claims that it will look twice as large.

02
A larger bathroom allows a freestanding bath, walk-in shower, double vanity, custom furniture and more layered light — when the concept and dimensions allow it.
In an apartment the bathroom often needs to be efficient: storage, clear proportions, shower or bath decision and a visual link with the rest of the interior.
In a house or villa there is often a master bathroom, guest bathrooms and a need for a shared language between them. A higher degree of custom work and more careful materials are a natural part of the conversation.
Hotel bathrooms often need repeatable specifications, furniture, mirrors, shower cabins, baths and lighting in larger quantities. We discuss consistency between rooms — without duplicating the hospitality page.
TURKEYBATHROOM
Through Karanelli's international trade and sourcing experience since 2005, LUX HOMES can assist with finding suitable Turkish manufacturers and suppliers with European quality — when it benefits the project.
Not all products come from Turkey. We do not guarantee lower prices, availability or exclusive relationships.

A bathroom can be designed calmly at different budget levels. We do not talk about cheap and expensive — but about the right product for the material, design and complexity.

01
A clear, working direction with coherent materials and furniture without unnecessary complexity.
02
A more careful selection of surfaces, light and furniture — when the character of the space needs more.
03
A higher degree of custom work, unique details and more complex material combinations.
Colours, materials, detailing, furniture and lighting can relate naturally to the rest of the property — especially when LUX HOMES takes part in the complete interior.

The steps are restrained and clear. Timing and products are confirmed after the scope is clarified.

A meaningful offer needs information about the space. Cost follows size, surfaces, furniture, custom work, shower cabin, bathtub, jacuzzi, lighting, product levels, customisation, sourcing and realisation scope — not a published square-metre price.
