Karanelli was founded in 2005. The team works in international trade, commercial mediation and the building of lasting business partnerships. This is a company, not a lone consultant — a team stands behind every project.
A core part of our experience is connecting manufacturers and suppliers in Turkey with clients and companies in Europe, and helping to find the right products, production solutions and commercial opportunities.
Today that practical international experience also stands behind LUX HOMES — the direction in which we carry commercial discipline into interior design, furnishing and delivery.

LUX HOMES develops Karanelli’s experience and network into a specialised direction: interior design, furnishing and turnkey interiors. We work with private homes and professional projects — from apartments and houses to hotels, restaurants and commercial spaces.
We are not only a concept studio. Our advantage is the ability to join design with selection, production and implementation.

The architect, designer or client may already have a completed project. The team helps find furniture, custom pieces, materials, lighting, bathroom equipment and suitable manufacturers in Turkey — and coordinates sourcing and delivery.

From first idea and design through selection, furniture, materials and coordination to a finished interior. One partner holds the thread when the project needs a turnkey interior.
For the home
We work with apartments, houses, villas, new properties, complete renovations and interiors that must be furnished from zero. A private client may come to LUX HOMES before the project starts, with an existing architectural design, only for interior design, only for furniture and sourcing — or for the entire process.
Where needed, the team can also help connect the client with appropriate architectural expertise. Furnishing an apartment or a house begins with how you live — not with a catalogue set.
Residential interiorsLUX HOMES can design, furnish or source for hotels, restaurants, cafés, bars, offices, commercial premises, event spaces and hospitality environments. A project may include the overall concept, custom furniture, upholstery, lighting, surfaces and individual accessories.
Architects, interior designers, construction companies, investors, furniture businesses and hospitality operators do not need to hand the entire project to LUX HOMES.
An architect may keep full control of the design while the team assists only with manufacturers, furniture, custom production, materials, supplier communication, consolidation and delivery of furniture from Turkey with European quality. When the brief requires it, LUX HOMES can also take a much deeper role.

Through Karanelli’s international activity, LUX HOMES helps clients and professional partners identify products, manufacturers and production solutions in Turkey — including furniture with European quality. Not everything in a project necessarily comes from there — but when a Turkish maker is the right choice, the team knows how to reach them.
Karanelli’s broader role also includes commercial mediation and partnerships between Turkish and European companies. We do not promise exclusive prices — we promise clear access, clear communication and realistic coordination.
Finished collections have their place. When measure, material or function require something else, the team works with custom production — without turning the project into a catalogue of promises.
The team can take part in projects with precise technical, quantitative and logistical requirements, and help find and coordinate suitable solutions. We discuss sourcing and furnishing for municipalities, clinics, hospitals, laboratories, care homes, public buildings and institutional projects — without claiming specific public contracts that are not part of our published portfolio.
